STAGE 01 — CLEANING

Clean before you grind.

Chilli cleaning systems de-stone, de-dust and grade raw spice before it reaches the mill — so nothing but spice enters the grinding chamber.

STAGE 02 — GRINDING

Impact, cone & micro pulverisers.

Whole spice is reduced to a uniform 100–300 mesh. Cyclone-cooled grinding preserves the colour and aroma that define a masala brand.

STAGE 03 — SIEVING

One particle size, every batch.

Powder sievers classify the grind and return oversize material — delivering the consistent, export-grade fineness buyers demand.

STAGE 04 — MIXING

Blended to an exact recipe.

SS-lined ribbon and blend mixers combine ground spices to a precise formula — the difference between a commodity powder and a signature masala.

STAGE 05 — CONVEYING

Moved clean, moved cool.

Screw conveyors and cyclones carry material between every stage dust-free — protecting yield, hygiene and the working environment.

STAGE 06 — PACK-READY

Ready for the filling line.

What leaves the plant is consistent, hygienic, food-grade powder — ready to fill, seal and ship to shelves at home or abroad.
